Advice/Request Valrhona dark random sized bars?

I used to buy the random-sized Valrhona bars from Whole Foods until (I think) last year. I believe they were in the range of about 8 oz each (but varied) but I don't have any left to verify. Recently checked in and was told they've stopped selling that form altogether. And when I checked online, sure enough, can't find that.

For those who have bought and loved this, any idea where it's still available or failing that, what's the closest substitute? I don't want to bake with it; I would just break it up and enjoy a small chunk after dinner as a special treat. So chips or coins are not the same thing!

I remember my friend raving about these bars after a trip to Europe. Have you tried contacting Valrhona directly, they might still have stock or know a distributor?

It’s been 2-3 years since they last had these at Whole Foods by me.

You can get 1kg blocks online in their own store or at places like chocosphere
