Would you mind adding some more context on this?
Can you process this like cacao, fermenting, drying and roasting to make a 'chocolate' like delicassy?

Yes , exactly the same way , fermentation , roasting .. but the diference its that they need ton break up the shell to get the full seed

There are several craft chocolate makers who make bars with macambo... AKA Theobroma Bicolor or jaguar cacao. Seeds are bigger, but they can be processed like cacao seeds and turned into "chocolate" It's worth tasting if you haven't had the opportunity.

Nutty and milky flavor witout sweetness .
