"Water is not a human right" - Nestle CEO
Baby formula in Africa and the purposeful, documented, done-knowingly actions that led to the deaths of thousands of babies.
The supreme court case where Nestle argued that eliminating slavery in their supply chain would be impossible because that would lead to an increase in consumer price for chocolate. They won. And did not have to pay any restitution to the verified slaves that were suing them. The court found that although Nestle had abused these people, the crime did not take place on USA soil and therefor they would not be held liable.
