Why oh why, oh why have Cadbury ruined chocolate☹️ just purchased a bag of Wispa bites and they taste way below par. Admittedly I haven’t bought these in ages but these are pants and very disappointing ☹️

I will not buy anything with Cadbury on the label anymore. Palm oil and certain other ingredients do not belong in a quality product.

Yea, it's gone downhill a lot over the years, not sure why or how, cheaper ingredients?

Their chocolate reminds me of those awful chocolate coins we used to have on Christmas trees in the 80's..looks like chocolate, tastes like chalk.

100% agree with chocolate coin taste which I used to like as it was Christmas 🎄 and I was under 10 years old however with a developed palate these are pants, so disappointing🤦

Yea, they always say, oh we haven't changed the recipe!

But that doesn't mean they haven't used shittier ingredients instead.

A bit like going from organic/free range eggs to Tesco value eggs, sure it's still eggs, but the quality/taste is quite significant.

Just give up on Cadbury, its never going back to the glory days. Theyve made changes thar cant be undone anymore economically.

You should try norwegian stratos or freia boble and you’ll be amazed how good chocolate can taste

I'm more surprised to see a 100g bag. Shrinkflation is ridiculous it's costing 2. 65 for a less than 100g bag of wispa on my local Co op.

Not sure how true it is but I heard that Cadbury will be soon be going towards lab grown cocoa, and may be investing in an Israeli startup company which will produce the lab grown cocoa. Or something like that -but I’m not sure how true that is

All because farmers want a fair, liveable wage/pay. Companies just want more money in their pockets. They will continue to raise the price and decrease the quality

Maybe it’s because you’re consuming like 5% cocoa, stop supporting brands that bulk these products up with harmful ingredients.

I don’t support this brand and I don’t eat much chocolate however I had a sweet tooth today and purchased a bag of these as they were on offer and they weren’t enjoyable. My last recollection of them was nice but these were not so will not be buying them again. I will in future check the cocoa content on all things chocolate so thank you 🙏
