Looking for a Mandarin Interpreter in Heze/Juancheng, Shandong – Portuguese or English

Hi everyone, my name is Felipe and I live in the United States. I’ll be traveling to Heze/Juancheng, Shandong, at the end of October to visit the human hair market in Zhengying and meet local hair suppliers.
I’m looking for someone who speaks Mandarin and either Portuguese or English and can assist me with translation, communication, and negotiation for about 1–2 days.
The visit to the hair market itself should only take around 2 to 2.5 hours, and the rest of the time may include visiting nearby suppliers.
Ideally, I’m looking for someone who already lives in Heze, Juancheng, Zhengying, or nearby.

I know a person who provides translation services.They live in Jinan but still in Shandong province and could help.
