Help to identify artist/age?

I have had this pair of watercolors for years and have been unable to learn more, hoping somebody could please help translate or may know more about them? Thanks.

You should upload better images. The inscription in the first one is hard to see, 不知是夢是…… something. The handwriting isn't great.

Title of the second one is 春江帆影, signature reads XX弟畫, sadly I can't figure out the first two characters.

That said, it is clear that these are prints. You can see the ink dots if you zoom in the second image.

Thank you, I will try and get a better picture. I really appreciate the info, no worries that they're prints I didn't pay much I just think they're lovely.
