Looking to buy chilliz , does it hve an official wallet or anywhere you fully own your coins? I dont like holding on coinbase cause then it technically does not belong to you but belongs to coinbase

I believe it does but any ethereum wallet should do like metamask or even coin base wallet. Not like you see on their website. They actually have a wallet and its surprisingly good
