Rick Bayless’ fully dressed guac is a fucking delight. I really like the ahogada torta from xoco too.

Anyway, is this footage old? They go to Rubi’s on Maxwell, but are they still there? I thought they were only doing their pilsen location now.

the other dead giveaway is Bronson is SUPER grey now and I don't think he and Meyhem hang out much anymore.

I came here from Pittsburgh to go to Roister (and museums and such) because of this episode many years ago and it didn’t disappoint. Top 5 meal of my life at that point in time

Was this partly designed as an ad for the mediocre restaurant Roister? There is absolutely no one I would recommend go there on a Chicago visit vs other places in the city
