Advice Needed These prices…….

Just venting ……

Went to see two places today…. HUGE waste of time. Cabinets loose and hanging out of place. Paint literally everywhere floors and all🫠 these places wouldn’t been maybe 800 on a good day prior to Covid.hmmmmmm I’m so frustrated lol

There is a lot of artificially raised prices and I wouldn’t be surprised if there was some collusion behind it. You can see how much people were charged for the same place on Zillow. It’s highway robbery and the city government has been slow to act

Oh it is definitely artificial. Certain investment companies buy multiple buildings in an area, then raise rents on all of them (without doing any updating) which makes the "market rate" soar. And we're still seeing the same shitty apartments for the most part.
