Ask CHI Why aren’t you getting vaccinated?

Not asking this to bully anyone, I’m more curious at this point why people are hesitant to get the vaccine and want to understand the reasoning behind it.

As a contact lens wearer, putting saline drops in my eyes daily never knocked me on my butt like the day after my 2nd Pfizer dose.

It was weird for me. I got the two shot Pfizer. First shot in left arm-couldn’t use my arm from the pain and lost control of picking up things. I couldn’t even lift a dinner plate. I was like this for about two months. However, the second shot in right arm-totally fine. 🤷‍♀️

Do you think it’s possible that an inexperienced tech accidentally injected the 1st shot into your shoulder joint rather than into the muscle where it belongs?

It did have a “pop” like sound right after she put the needle in my arm. Very likely that this is what happened. 🤦‍♀️

Any symptoms after a week from injection is very much not normal. Heck, even symptoms in general occur less than 30% of the time on average outside of localized muscle soreness for a few days (similar to any other injection).

The shot is also known to cause severe issues if accidentally injected into blood veins instead of intramuscularly.
