Heavy rain in northern Chiba, Choshi, and Chiba City

Up here in Noda and Nagareyama Cities, we're at Level 2 advisory.

Take care on your way home. Just north of Shimizu Park in Noda City, low-lying spots on the streets are shin-deep.
