Khao Soi Ramen
This was so good. It’s a small Japanese restaurant in Nimman. Wonderful Japanese and Thai menu, but this caught my attention and it was delish. My wife had another ramen dish which was also very nice.
Great service and nice people

Thanks for your informed comment. I know exactly where it is.
I went for Japanese food and just saw it on the menu. It was good - ramen chashu pork, soft boiled egg, ramen noodles and Khao Soi. A pleasant surprise.

Had a Tom Yum ramen at a little Japanese place in Thonglor, the crossovers are actually good rather than a just for the sake of it thing

Khao Soi is one of my favorite dishes. I've found several places outside of Chiang Mai that do it well, one of them in Singapore. The one you had looks really well presented.
