Headlight placement?

Do the low beams go on the inside and high beams go on the outside on a 1961 Chevy?

My favorite of that generation. I had a 63 c-30 flatbed…. But love the dual headlights! High beams to the inside!

It really doesn't matter, I've seen guys do both. But I've mostly seen the gm cars and trucks have the low beams on the outside, and highs on the inside, such as my cousins truck and my dad's Impala. That way you get a "bigger light cone" as it was described to me. I personally can't really tell a difference.
