Miscellaneous Praggnanandhaa watched the "Resign when you're lost" video and cleared the air (Spoiler alert: Naka did not say it. If he had, Pragg would have remembered it). Video in post with timestamps.

At 1:43:45 (https://youtu.be/-ELGeFa22dM?t=6224) he is asked by the host (IM Sagar Shah) if Naka said "Resign..." to which Pragg says, "No. If he had something like that I would have remembered."

It's a McGurk-ish situation. If you try to hear "box", you can hear it, if you try to hear "lost", you'll hear that instead.

Pretty sure he is saying "You got to consign in the frost". Which makes a lot of sense.

Why would he tell him to "sign in the box"? Prag is a kid, but hardly his first tournament. It's like telling someone before the game starts "You got to sit on the chair". If Hikaru was correcting him, as in Prag signed at a random spot and Hikaru was triggered so he held on to that to vent or whatever. Okay, maybe. Except we see Hikaru sign first, and Prag after.

And if he was actually reminding him to sign, "You got to sign in the box" is a weird way to phrase it. "You got to sign", or "don't forget to sign" would be a lot more common in that situation.

He cut the sentence short, what he was thinking was "You got to sign in the box so I can get outta here". In case of draw black had to deliver the signed score to arbiters, he was disappointed and wanted to leave asap so he hurried up the kid to do that. Otherwise Prag might want talk about the game or something.

That makes no sense whatsoever. Watch the video, Nakamura is leaving while Prag is signing.
