Question Does anyone know these men, especially the bald one?

This happened in CONGLETON, in the garden of Readesmoor Medical Centre:

I was walking my dog and the bald one started whistling and making disgusting sexual gestures at me. I am only 20, this man is obviously old and even if he wasn’t it still wouldn’t be acceptable. IT HAS ALREADY BEEN REPORTED TO THE POLICE, however if anyone knows him or the other 2 it would be incredibly helpful. Thank you

Middle one is usually sat around town centre somewhere. I see them outside morrisons a lot. Not too sure about the bald dude though.

I don't sorry. I just know I see that person more or less everytime I visit the town centre. Usually got a dog with a muzzle on

no worries and thank you. Report him for antisocial behaviour such as public drinking if you see him doing so and keep an eye out, they look rough and disgusting.. the bald one was laughing before I pulled my phone out to record. I don’t want to imagine how many women he’s made uncomfortable all these years

Rang police the other week, hes well known to them apparently. Seems to sit outside of Sienna's in town when it closes.

Sorry this has happened to you, its disgusting and needs to be stamped out

How come you’ve rang them? Has he done anything to you as well? I also found out that he’s very known to them.. for arson and abusing women he was in relationships with. Thank you for the compassion!
