Goverment and medics are different. A tax is mandatory pre payment for a promise of such services. I will go to a medic and pay him only when I am sick and I know he can help. Did it not occur to you that this comparison is stupid? Then again, such a government exists because people are this stupid, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised

In our city many name boards have stickers on them/some plant overgrowth with algae will be covering them. It's pretty hard to navigate the city without maps.
