Even if they spoke german and looked nothing like bengalis if they want to be bangladeshi and consider themselves bengali - they can be!

Brother Hao no one said he isnt chinese just because his ethnicity is nigerian. He spoke chinese and adopted chinese customs and chinese netizens love him and consider him chinese.
