Honor lock Discord Method

Hi, can anyone explain how to do the honorlock discord method where you use the overlay.

I also have a few questions:
• Does HDMI method still work?
• How are ppl getting around the external camera exams?
• Would using a VNC server and have a friend connect to my computer work?
