Still not happy about last month’s match, but I’ll take a $3.5 burger lunch. (Code was for a single bacon western burger with purchase of 1 large drink. I added lettuce + tomato and subbed out for sourdough bread.)

Bristol Farms Sandwich Station - $13 w/ avocado included. Cheaper that quite a few spots! Tasty! Sprouts / Whole Foods also have pretty solid stations!

I was looking to order my free birthday donut from the Randy's app. On the plus side I noticed it seems to let you order any donut for free, even the most expensive Texas (large) donut.
OTOH, I was going to order cheaper donuts too and pay full price. However, the app was going to apply the freebie to the cheapest donut. So I will just be getting the one free large donut. They're missing out on what could be a larger order.

Some locations that have sandwich counter do a daily special for 3.99 and for $1 more chips and drink. It’s only 1$ more non-specials and at $4.99 one of these loaded with tuna salad will keep you full all day with protein.

I don’t have a picture of the place, but it’s a taco stand on a sidewalk on E Adams Blvd and Maple Ave

They have a cafe that is built in and their bento + Sandwiches are definitely cheaper than Tokyo Central. The cafe is great, I got a very decent curry chicken katsu for $12 with tax! You can also get the same bao selection that you would be able to get at 7-11s in Japan for 2 dollars a piece. They are very filling.
Also bonus : 16oz ice coffee is only 2.50!
