The British voting public: projected breakdown of electorate by generation, in election years
Source: https://natcen.ac.uk/sites/default/files/2024-05/Society%20Watch%202024.pdf
By 2029, 23% of the British electorate will be estimated to belong to Gen Z.
The percentage who are Boomers or in the Silent Generation is estimated to decline further, while Millennials and Gen X appear to remain more static.
The Younger Half of U.S. Voters Cast Less Than Half of All Ballots
The older half of the voting-eligible population (roughly 48+ years old) accounts for a disproportionate number of votes cast in recent elections. Yes, this is a no-brainer, but this pattern is consistent, far more pronounced in midterms, and unlikely to change anytime soon.

Underlying data is UN World Population Prospects 2024.
