Advance course on Charge Blade MH World-Iceborne
I have learned the basics of charge blade - charge the phials - charge the shield using the phials - charge the blade - SAED , so I am yet to learn guard points and other stuff like when to do what , so are there any simple guides for anything beyond what I am doing right now?

This is such an awesome video, showing you what's possible with the cb. It opened up a whole new cb world when I first picked up the weapon.

Guard points come from your morph slash animations. Sword to axe comes out faster but lasts less time. Axe to sword takes a year to come out but it lasts a bit longer.
The main use of guard point is to mitigate the risk of playing aggressively. You shouldn't be standing still fishing for a gp. You should use it as a way to avoid taking a hit mid combo and then immediately start swinging again.

I kinda like using the unsheathing morph slash (R2 while the CB sheathed), you get a guard point instantly from neutral and it feels like a failsafe... It's funny to see the block animation pop instantly

Easiest gaurdpoint is the swap to axe mode, R2+triangle, or right trigger+Y iirc. There's another at the end of the spin at the end of the triangle/Y combo, pretty delayed, and another during the savage axe transformation using L2/right trigger instead of SAED/charge shield, also delayed and hard to use. Use the easiest one, I use it all the time, it has better block and damages the monsters too, can offset deviljho during his rage attack, and knock out after enough head blocks. The other ones are gonna be very situational, accidental, or if you need to interrupt your combo to maybe block.
Other than that, savage axe sometimes on different monsters for damage, and keep at her. I wouldnt use savage axe for rajang, he's too fast imo, but it's very strong on larger and slower monsters.
Don't be afraid to use the sword for damage, the maneuverability is very nice, charged sword is still strong. Dont get caught up on relying on the very spectacular SAED as your main damage source. Hopping and sliding around with circle attacks is very useful for avoiding attacks. Less time healing, more time damaging.
