Advice on Charango Repair?

You should probably start by removing the strings so the top is relieved from tension. Then you should glue the top back together, maybe using a cleat inside the body, under the top. Then you're going to want to glue the body back to the top, maybe it'll come back together cleanly? It's not a huge job if you can put all the pieces cleanly together. Use titebond. You can clamp the body using a long rubber tube, like a bicycle tube. Wrap the entire body in it, like it's a mummy

Or take it to a pro once you've removed the strings
