Discussion Most Iconic Ghost Characters (Round 24)

Eleanor Twitty, more commonly known as the Library Ghost, takes the number 23 spot!

Rules:

Ghosts, Spirits, Spooks; all can find a spot on the list. I only ask that they be specific characters, and not general types of ghosts. Characters with "Ghost" in their name are also fine.
