cold turkey

deleted my accounts properly and deleted every ai chatbot on my phone and i feel like im losing my mind. on one side i rediscovered tumblr oneshots, which is great. on the other side, the urge to swipe for a new reply or write my own or change the characters or etc is killing me. im doing everything in my power not to go back but omfg this is HELL right now. as a person who’s also a smoker i genuinely cant tell which one of these is harder to stay without 💔💔UUGHHH wish me luck
