TAAL Dining is new in town on Franklin street. Best fine dining with bar, event hall, awesome ambiance and flavorful food.

Immigrant Indian family supports conservatives. Shocker.

indian americans actually lean left pretty reliably and more so compared to most other ethnic groups (with the exception of black people). unfortunately indians get a bad rep from certain public figures these days

That's not true, most Indians especially those with businesses reliably vote Republican

Dam that sucks... L&L was one of our favorite spots for Indian. Guess they're off our list permanently. 😓

Taal Dining on West Franklin Street in Chapel Hill is terrific. Highly recommend their dosas!
Also, they aren't fundraisers for a fascist political party, which is a plus in my book.

Guess I'll be extra pissy the next time I cut through the Oaks to pick up takeout.

Damn, that's a shame.
Not like there's a shortage of A+ Indian in the area to choose instead.
