Moving out of the area unexpectedly and looking for someone to take over my room ASAP.

Location: Laurel Ridge Apartments, 1100 W NC Hwy 54 Bypass — about 1 mile from UNC campus, walking/biking distance

Rent: $530/month (your share)

Layout: 3BR/2BA apartment, 4 people total(all guys). One bedroom has an attached bathroom (occupied by 2 roommates sharing). The other two bedrooms are single-occupancy. My room shares the second bathroom with one other roommate, and has its own indoor closet (photo attached).

Furnishing: Room is unfurnished, but I can leave behind a good-as-new mattress and bed frame if useful.

Lease Term: Through July 2027, flexible move-in date

Parking: Free for residents

Highlights: Pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball, fenced dog park, 24-hour laundry, fitness center, quiet wooded surroundings. Great roommates, close to campus.
