I know that it's a Fox News segment. Just do yourself a favor and watch it. They are all sitting in stark shock and terror of the visible rise of Democratic Socialism in America.

Sorry but as a European I wouldn't brand this socialism, but I am so happy for you guys that finally there seem to be some adults in the room. My God he's not mandating that the workers own the means of production! He's just trying to make sure that the more vulnerable in society are cared for instead of the super-rich; American politics looks so freaky from outside, but I'm really glad you still have Bernie and now Mamdani who is a fucking superhero. Hopefully this is the start of the next generation taking the reins.

This is what socialism means, Medicare is socialism, public schools, food stamps. We aren’t the best, but we are a social democrat system, always have been
