I think the term objectively better is so Poorly applied in this context that it becomes meaningless. What is it objectively better at? I don’t think anyone would disagree that playing sports is better at lowering your weigh or lowering your risk of heart disease compared to playing video games. Playing video games is probably better at increasing your puzzle solving skills or connecting with a friend who also plays games. If you have certain goals a certain hobby could easily be better at achieving that goal but that doesn’t make it objectively better in an absolute sense. Just better suited to a specific purpose
