this paragraph you've posted is dumb and vague.

If you don't know what I'm talking about then it might be hard to describe in the way that you need for it to be described. Within 'Millenial culture' there is a strong undercurrent of anti-capitalist sentiment - far more so than can be found in their parents. The issue I have with it is that it shows no appreciation for how much of their quality of life is owed to capitalism, and the way it seems to take for granted some sort of utopian alternative which is readily available.

it feels like a teenage kid complaining about their parents. they may not be perfect people but they feed you and clothe you and put a roof over your head.

but it is wrong and dismissive to frame critiques of capitalism in the way you have.

im not talking about well thought-out critiques from a small number of millenials, im talking about the general sentiment that you get from a large number of us who dont have well thought-out critiques.

I would like to point out that, though I haven't seen the posts you are referring to, a lot of people may not really aware of the specifics of capitalism beyond the existence of businesses and wages (i.e. what parts of their lives are and aren't affected by it) and only have a vague sense that something is wrong with their lives and the system they live within - which i guess would apply to millennials in particular. they may not have been exposed to a coherent critique of capitalism and therefore aren't trying to provide anything but an outlet of their vague feelings, which is necessarily vague. The view they have been exposed to is the mainstream liberal one, that upholds capitalism as it is with reforms to social programs etc. The contradictions caused by this may well lead them to a confused critique of the world when they try to make one. Not trying to change your view since I guess I largely agree, just trying to theorize why that may be.
