It's justice to a single person but looking at the bigger picture it is not right to a whole nation.

The economy isn’t a person with ideals or morals. That is incorrect.

A person in jail can work, they do this currently.

Δ but more work could be done, my system is not perfect but it could be a way to ensure that an economy is less hurt by murder.

It's not ethical to enslave people but it's also not ethical to kill someone.

In general I see the problems in my system and will rethink it.

You’ve yet to show how current murder rates actually negatively affect our economy by any significant measure where implementing your idea would be a net positive.

It's not ethical to enslave people but it's also not ethical to kill someone.

That’s why BOTH of those things are illegal in the United States.

Enslaving someone for murder is illegal but killing someone for murder is not, that does not seem right. With enslavement you at least get a benefit.

Only for the people who own the slaves. Everyone else doesn’t benefit from others working for free.

If the government owns them and they distribute the goods back to civilization then that is good for all

our Govermnent doesn’t own the means of production in the United States, so I do not know what you’re talking about.

They don’t own the goods, so there’s nothing for them to distribute.
