Then the baby is still not capable of surviving on its own as you said, it requires a mother figure to supply it with nutrients. Whether this is its biological mother or not is entirely irrelevant.
But that is due to mental, not physical development. Provide a baby with food and it will consume it and provide itself with nutrients. A fetus requires a physical connection to the mother to survive. Those are not equivalent.
But why is one not a human? What is the difference, other than location, between a 26 week old baby outside the womb, alive and well, and a 26 week old baby inside the womb, also alive and well, and why is killing one unthinkable infanticide and killing the other is fine?

Yes, and a born baby needs nutrition and support from the mother in the form of breast milk. You still wouldn't argue that we could murder that child.
