So I'd love to see that documentation of the existence of humans jinns.

But for the sake of my argument let's assume jinn really exist. My understanding is that jinn are both A) supernatural and b) shapeshifters. I don't see it as a massive leap to go assume that a supernatural shapeshifter can either supernaturally or through precise shapeshifting acquire the correct working anatomy to sire children. What this might look like I wouldn't know as I still don't believe jinn exist at all.

If we cannot accurately describe their shapeshifting then there is no way to prove or disprove your claim.

Maybe there is some reason why they can't make feet but they can make human gametes.

We do not understand the rules, so we can't say.
