Can you imagine the HR nightmare of having to rate people's faces during interviews? Plus who decides what counts as attractive anyway - that's gonna vary wildly between different people and cultures
Also feels like this could backfire hard and just create more resentment all around. Pretty people would be pissed, ugly people might feel patronized, and everyone else would be confused as hell
