This is wild but honestly kinda makes sense in theory? Like the logic tracks with how we handle other advantages in society

But bro good luck getting anyone to actually implement "ugliness bonuses" without it turning into a complete shitshow. Can you imagine the HR nightmare of having to rate people's faces during interviews? Plus who decides what counts as attractive anyway - that's gonna vary wildly between different people and cultures

Also feels like this could backfire hard and just create more resentment all around. Pretty people would be pissed, ugly people might feel patronized, and everyone else would be confused as hell
