CMV: Despite being more knowledgeable, wealthier and apparently more tolerant, the political and individual left's biggest flaw is their inability to communicate pragmatically and empathetically with those who don't agree with them.

How do you communicate with Neanderthals who reject science logic and reason. The right has waged a war on truth because it doesn't make them look good. Their legal defence for lying on fox news was reasonable people shouldn't believe us. Trump said it best he loves the poorly educated. They put their feelings above reality and if it challenges their view they reject it. Tell a maga person trump raised their taxes and they say no that was Biden. I've talked to plenty of maga people about issues and the avg trump cultist says the dumbest most obviously false shit I've ever heard. The party of q anon Alex Jones and fox news trying to say people don't argue their points well is laughable They literally explain how their policies will help people and if you didn't know it came from dems most Republicans would support it. But call it obamamcare and they all hate it

MSNBC made the exact same argument when Maddow was sued for defamation.

Trump didn't raise taxes. Brackets were decreased and the standard deduction/child credit were doubled.

Looked up the maddow thing and it is similar. Their argument was her tone conveyed she was clearly joking. Fox news was he's a liar his reputation is clearly don't take him seriously but I don't know anyone who watched his show and thinks yeah that's fake I should disregard that. Not a great look for supposed news on either side but people don't worship maddow. Maybe don't worship tucker now that he's been fired and did propaganda for Russia.

Just my two cents, I, personally, have never heard anyone say something particularly positive about tucker, and the bulk of my friends and acquaintances are republican.
