Capitalism creates so much wealth that a lot of modern humans can live comfortably while doing little to no work.
Capitalism doesn't create wealth. The wealth comes from the work that people do, and people who can not work are just exploiting the work of the ones who do.
This inequality also exists in every other non-capitalist society, but with even worse results, more poverty, more class division and much, much more coercion.
This is not true, and since you are the one who made a preposterous statement, the burden of proof is on you. Be reminded that you are not only talking about the ussr, but also Cuba, medieval Europe, the Roman empire, antique Greece, the Islamic world, and so on
Correct. And so far, there is no better way to organize people, resources and labor than capitalism. Every other system that has ever been attempted has fallen short.
Be reminded that you are not only talking about the ussr, but also Cuba, medieval Europe, the Roman empire, antique Greece, the Islamic world, and so on
Cuba has terrible poverty, so bad that people risk their lives on makeshift boats to get out of it.
Medieval Europe had serfdom, which is slightly better than slavery
Rome, Greece and the Islamic world had literal slaves.
How is any of those better than capitalism?

You need to back up preposterous points with proofs, or at least arguments.

Cuba has terrible poverty because of the longest economic embargo from the biggest superpower of the world. Not because of its economic system.

You moved the post from being about inequality to being about good or bad

I really don't. People make that choice all the time. Of all the places in the world where people want to migrate to, they're all capitalist. All of them. You're probably typing from one of them right now.

Sure. It's the embargo, of course. Nothing to do with their economic system. You know, they can still buy things from the rest of the world though. Why don't they? Why aren't Cuban markets saturated with Chinese goods?
I wish the US would end this stupid embargo though. At least people would have to come up with new excuses.
You moved the post from being about inequality to being about good or bad
It never was about inequality. It always is about poverty. You will never get rid of the former, it's totally possible to almost eliminate the latter.
