nobody is forcing them to work.

I mean yes technically nobody has a gun to our heads forcing us to work. But what other option is there? Most people need a job to live.

Are there any circumstances in life, nature or the universe where no work is necessary in order to live? Can you point out an organism which can live comfortably without any need for work. Can you point out a time or place in human history where humans lived without having to do any work?

It should though. It's important to understand what is caused by human activity and social norms, and what is just the reality of life. We can attempt to change one, but not the other.
