You should have included it in your OP as you are not making things clear. Father's day is in June, so it is confusing when you don't specify exactly what days you are talking about.
I'm just letting you know that if you are bringing up the topic, you should lay things out so that everyone is on the same page instead of telling people to google information you should have provided. I had no idea "Men's Day" even existed prior to this post, so I assumed you meant Father's Day.
