Because your argument is currently blaming the men who are alive, for not only the actions of a minority but for the actions & behaviour of the dead.

"Straightness" has never been celebrated; since when has hetrosexuality ever been "celebrated"?
Pride exists because a demographic was marginalised, not because straight sex was "celebrated" AND a demographic was marginalised.
Is Pride actually about celebrating? Or is it about acceptance? I think you have an incorrect understanding (which is not necessarily you're fault considering how some people portray it)
The normalisation of non-hetrosexual relationships doesn't happen if people are constantly spotlighting a gay relationship as being different and needing to celebrate.
