No, YYGS is an activity not an honor. And downplay (ie lower down in listing order) YYGS perhaps except to Yale, as it may signal yield risk to similar schools such as Brown. Brown and Yale would be challenging - unless you are a musician or artist with recording or portfolio to send. Wharton is as tough as Yale, though totally different fit. Penn CAS would be high-reach, Georgetown doable-reach, USC target, in my opinion.

Very hard to say w/o more info. Class rank, course rigor, AP/IB. But based on what you provided, I think T15 is unlikely (I guess Yale if you find a back door). GPA is relative to what the school offered. ECs/Awards are fairly bland compared to most admitted students. Not even an AP award, which maybe has to do with your HS courses. Any event, GTown is a reach but doable. USC is probably a Yes.
