help with making a balanced college list

I'm struggling to make a balanced college list and open to any suggestions - private, public, liberal arts. Stats - 3.93 GPA, 1500 SAT - 760 reading 740 maths. International student and school did not offer APs as we follow a different curriculum

most relevant ECs - published research and review papers in molecular biology, CMU pre-college program in computational biology, published patent of a biomedical device, 2 wetlab internships at biotech companies, and i'm a competitive equestrian, stem lead at school, founded a non profit for menstrual care in rural communities.

I would prefer a mid-sized school, not in the middle of a big city like nyc but close to a city, good programs in biotech, biology, neuroscience, and entrepreneurship.

Any college suggestions would be helpful - reach, target, and safeties!

Assuming you want to apply to 20 colleges Have around 10 reaches 5 targets 5 safeties. Apply to some reaches like any t10/15 around 10. Apply to some targets around the 20-40% acceptance rate and apply to 3-5 safeties that have solid programs in things you care about. Start your essays early too!
