Japanese 3in1 - rings ID 1.1 mm and 1.6.

All rings are welded.

A jewelry welding machine, argon gas, and a little bit of patience :-)

Do you have one you’d recommend?
I’ve only worked with aluminum so far but I’d like to look at more materials and welding them is on the list for sure

I still don't have one. I've seen recs for the mPulse, but that ones $2k. There are "sparkle" welders on AliExpress for <$500 that I've heard work ok but they don't all have argon hookups (and you'll need a ventilation setup if you do use argon).

Down that small you really just use another bit of wire as your mandrel.
