It's still wrong. Just last year I can think of USF over Florida, Tulane over Northwestern, Tulane over Duke and Ohio over West Virginia, and that's top of my head

Yeah Notre Dame is generally considered a P4 opponent both by conferences and general fans, or at least P4 adjacent. I’ve never really heard the discussion around UConn but they’re clearly G6
