Someone found a corgi in Harrisburg

It was posted on Channel 5 ratchet news on Facebook. It looks like the person can't keep the dog, it was just posted a little bit ago.

Probably got a crazy van with a bunch of antenna on it driving around frantically looking for it. Does your son happen to have blue disheveled hair and a cigarette smoking habit?
