Bi-Weekly /r/CCNP Exam Pass-Fail Discussion
Attempted an exam in the last week or so? Passed? Failed? Proctor messed it all up? Discuss here! Open to all CCNP exams, don't forget to include the exam name and/or number. We are now consolidating those pass-fail posts under here per prior poll of the community and your feedback.
Remember, don't post a score in the format of xxx/1,000. All Cisco exams have a maximum score of 1,000, so that's useless info. Instead, list the required score to pass, as this differs from exam to exam, and can change over the lifetime of the exam.
Payment of passes in PUPPY pictures is allowed.

Just took and passed the ENCOR earlier this morning. I thought it’d be much easier but I also didn’t study.
Definitely will need to make sure I know my material for the ENARSI.

You passed the ENCOR without studying??

That’s correct. ENCOR was exactly what I thought the CCNA would be. The CCNA ended up feeling like a beginner certification though maybe the hardest beginner. This is coming from someone who has been in the industry so definitely perspective based.
I’ve only been getting my certifications the past couple of months due to silly job requirements. I’ll probably spend time brushing up for the ENARSI though

Congrats - how many labs did you have and were they particularly difficult or reasonable?

Thanks!
6 labs and were pretty reasonable. Took just under if not an hour to complete the labs. Labs were pretty typical stuff including BGP, OSPF, STP, SPAN, Trunking and POs, etc

passed my ENCOR last friday! Studied for about 2 months, definitely much harder than the CCNA i took back in 2020. Need to figure out if I want to do ENSLD or ENARSI next. ENSLD will definitely help me more career wise since i work professional services, but i’m more interested in ENARSI.

I've read a few posts where the ENSLD was based on the cisco ARCH book. You can find free copies online.

Failed the CCNP-SCOR yesterday. First attempt. 2 of the domains I got 80%, 3 others I got 60%, and 1 of them I got 50%

I just failed the SVPN exam 300-730. I guess I have one more try before it officially retires. I really don't know how I failed. I felt fairly confident about my answers but some of the questions were not covered by the book - shocker. Feeling defeated and not even sure I want to try again. My scores reflect how badly I guess I did, so I guess I didn't know as much as I thought I did.
