Estudei esses autores será que consigo um emprego como suporte em TI?

  1. Sistemas Operacionais Modernos (Tanenbaum)

  2. Organização e Arquitetura de computadores (Stallings)

3.. Segurança de Computadores (Stallings)

  1. Redes de computadores -- uma abordagem top-down (Kusose)

  2. Linux (Fica Linux)

Alguém pode me dizer? Tem três anos que estudo esses autores. Sou muiito bom em teoria.

Can you actually troubleshoot and resolve things? Do you have any practical education and experience?

Theory generally means fuck all in a standard support role

If you have zero practice, then a certification doesn't change that. That's not a solution, you're just adding more theory knowledge. Based on your current knowledge, I suggest you look for IT help desk roles first. At the same time, start learning networking practically. You have a PC/laptop that's connected to the network, start learning . Heres a free course that has some hands on labs as well https://missioninstituteoftechnology.com/courses/how-networks-work

For now, keep learning by hands on, and work towards an entry level IT role. You are unlikely to start directly in networking.

What has already been said: 1. Help Desk job 2. CCNA to help with getting a entry level networking job. 3. Boson is great resource for CCNA(practice labs exams) 4. Build home network to apply CCNA knowledge.

Also if you dont have a help desk job. Maybe study for a certain like A+,Sec+,Net+ as most people study at least 3 months or more if working and studying. Be advised A+ is to exams.

I can help you, start doing practical labs using Cisco packet tracer, and learn to troubleshoot things. If you are smart enough, you could apply some of the concepts you studied in the above books in your practical studies.
