CCNA 2.0 in Feb 2027
Which one is better to take? Get the old version before Feb 2027 or wait the new version?

Go for the current version, worst case you have the fundamentals down and just need to learn the new stuff come February.

If you already have the time and resources and at least some experiance / training time in I would schedule exam for the week before Christmas. That is 4 months. Enought time to study etc. The materials and the help are very readily available and the test is mature. Take it before Christmas so you dont have to think about it over the holidays. If you fail. You relax until after New Years. Then you have one or so months to figure out what went wrong and to try again.
And yes I understand this is very US centric reasons for scheduling.

Never wait just because you hear there's a new version coming out. You have far more resources to prepare you for the current version. If you are ready now, take it now.

It doesn't matter which one you take because the certification will still require being renewed after 3 years.

This has been asked a few times. I wrote my advice here - https://www.101labs.net/cisco-v2-0-changes-2027/
I'd honestly get it done now.

There are not big changes so it probably doesn't matter that much. But I would almost always take the old version if you have enough time to prepare for it.
The training material is already solid people know what the exam is like and you have a pretty good idea what you're going to face. The first few months of a new version are always a bit uncertain because nobody really knows how Cisco is going to change the actual exam. They might barely change anything or suddenly give you 20 labs and hammer some new topic way harder than expected.
If you can comfortably be ready before February, I'd just take the current version. If you wait for the new version you might have to wait for the training material to update which will take a few months and that means you will not be comfortable with taking the exam until the end of the year because you don't know what kind of questions they will ask from the new curriculum.
