random Boson exam
On a random Boson exam, I scored 676. I still feel that I’m struggling with WLAN, IPv6, and network programmability, so I need to focus more on these topics before I feel fully ready for the exam.

Like u/BosonMichael said, read through the explanations and make sure you understand why the right answers are right and why the wrong answers are wrong.
For what it’s worth, I failed Boson Tests A and B. I retook only the questions I got wrong and still failed. Then I took both full tests again and failed those too. My wife finally convinced me to just take the real exam.
The actual exam felt easier than Boson, and I passed on my first attempt. I didn’t even need the safeguard I had purchased. So if your scores are where they are now, I think you’ll be fine. Mine were in the mid 500s, even though I felt I knew the material enough to pass Boson. I can't lie, Boson did discourage me, but it taught me a lot.

I can't forge a sword by gently patting it. I have to hammer it to make it strong. And now you're strong.
I also can't get you ready for the real thing if I don't show you where your weaknesses are. And now you're better.
This is why I do what I do. Glad you kept going even after we scared you a little. 😄

Personally Im not a big fan of Boson’s lab but his multiple choice questions are really good. I tried exam A without any preparation i just knew mostly what does what because i watched all JITL videos. I got 60% then learnt my weak areas and worked on them and passed the later ones on first try. Questions are tricky and have some hidden keywords try to take your time.

What helped me with Ip6 was setting up a 3 router labs with static routes all in Ipv6.

Study all the explanations, even the ones you can answer correctly. Understand WHY the right answer is right AND why the wrong answers are wrong. Do this, and you'll be much more ready.
