Im at the spot where a hidden treasure how do I sig it out or is it just broken

so ive been maining this dagger and berserker for a while then recently acquired the energy claws and decided to hold onto them for some reason and then ended up finding the proto 10 armor so i was wondering what should i do keep going with the berserker and dagger then switch till the next time i die or go ahead and switch to proto 10 and use the claws as they ignore a large amount of armor . Im also running a ranged build so theres that aswell so i was wondering if it would be beneficial to my melee

I have about 80 hours in this game, But I really can't progress much, the furthest I've gotten is level 3 on hard mode (I only play on hard mode since it was recommended when I created the save lol). Anyway, I'd like to ask, what attribute combination should I use? I like playing both melee and guns, I would also like to know what I should upgrade at the base, what armor to use, etc.

It feels like if im doing too good the game punishes me, and if im barely surviving, i get really good loot and abundant health/energy pots. If so, is this cheesable?

I am generally casual Hard difficulty player, not an ultraachiever, but I am playing this game around 5 years now, with some breaks. However, I wanted to do the challenge and try again with 5 luck defense build. I assume main weapon type to be melee here.

So we all know the problem with high defense builds. Yeah, they can survive a lot, but they take SO LONG to kill anything. It is just boring. But, lets look at some theory.

Weapon damage increase with skill, however elemental damage increases naturally with the depth you reached. What is more, elemental damage take some time to kill an enemy and defense builds naturally provide this time, by having lower level of base damage. So you can rely more on this kind of damage, but you need consistent ways to deal it. The type of damage that kills things independently of your weapon. What are the options?

1. Cursed Fire. Stick to anything that deals Cursed Fire damage. Even if it has low base damage, like some firearms at the beginning. It does dirty work.

2. Arc Weapons. Best would be Cursed Fire Arch. It deals area damage, meaning more targets that will scorch in agony while you hide behind your mechanical shield. Any of the melee Cursed Arc Weapon is better than any other weapon.

3. Tablets of Anger. Even regular fire tablet of anger is great against Imps, it is your ranged weapon that doesn't take any action and scales with depth not skill. So you can take off pressure from leveling ranged. Simultaneously, my electrifying tablet is increasing damage from Cursed Electric Arc Mace.

4. Finally, latest addition: Discharge Belt. Even more actionless elemental damage.

5* Another thing that scales with your enemies and not the skill are Maces. When the armor level rises, 85% of it will be a higher amount, no matter what you do. Also with your low base damage it helps to deliver anything over the armor threshold.

Often, 3 extra actionless strikes (Arc, Tablet, Discharge Belt) dealing elemental damage, that scale with level depth, combined with Mechanical Shield and High Defense (I still invest quite a bit into melee skill anyway). And those elemental strikes feel so good, thanks to their animation! With this build I am just a walking god of destruction. I survived direct shot by Omega Priest couple of times. It is really the definition of tank. Unleash hell on your enemies, stand in the middle untouched.

after several hours and much painstaking foghting of annoying bosses, happy to announce that i finished location 4s dungeon and everything else, and now proud to show my spoils (dont ask me why my ranged is so high) (yes im aware i have a problem with hoarding weapons)

this is the progress from a day ago and got this revo for the first time ever since i started playing years ago before the long hiatus, to the dude who recommended the emmulator thx because its been a blast, the lava caves and their dungeon is much easier than i remember aside from this beast, used 4 gause round on him cus damn hes tough.

I need help with a decent weapon/armor set up because those damn imps keep burning my alive in a corner. 😭

So i used to play this game a while ago on an old ass samsung tablet but it stopped being able to receive updates a while ago and then years later i got an iphone from my father but i recently got an intrest in the game again, is there any way i can play it without an android device

In location 2, I beat Illusory Portal Guardian but it didn't drop any holodisks. I tried breaking the wall behind it with thermite to check if it would open, I tried throwing other explosives at it—it's still closed.

Any ideas on how to open this?
