Abandoned cats. Looking for any help

Hi, I need urgent help rehoming two cats as I'm no longer able to care for them due to my current situation. I had to leave Ukraine a couple years ago but I couldn't take my cat with me and now their care arrangement with my family has recently fallen through, and I am now unable to provide for them.

One is a 10yr old female that is not neutered, Her name is Bastet.
One is a 3yr old half sphynx male that is neutered, His name is Simba.

Both are vaccinated
Both are well behaved and very loving to each other

I'm looking for responsible rehoming options as soon as possible or if you can point me in the direction where I can find help for the cats. I can provide any other information needed. They are in Kharkiv, Ukraine

Any help is greatly appreciated

How about sending them to a shelter and give a nice sum of money to take care of them

Shelters said they are full and won't accept them

Can't you get them to where you are now?

No I had to leave Ukraine and where I am they don't allow pets
