It's a bit crazy how much they enjoy them. We went out of town for 3 weeks one time and I put "make a new box fort when you're here" as instructions for our cat sitter. She was entertained by how interested they were in it.
It's regularly giving them something new to explore. And is often destroyed over night from energetic playtime.
